Who is Mike Clark

My name is Mike clark and I have been in the fitness industry for over 10yrs I started as a fitness coach and group instructor then went into 121 in person personal training and now a online transformation coach.

My main hobbies now are climbing mountains, hitting balls around a field and helping people reach their full potential.

Unlocking my potential massively helped me build the life want, it’s helped me become super confident! Find the women of my dream and build a thriving business and which is why I now help people do the same.

My mission now is to help as many people as possible find happiness in life via health and fitness.
