About your coach
When I was 17 my dream of becoming a professional dancer was brought to a sudden stop because of a knee injury.
I wasn't able to do anything for 6 weeks. I lost all confidence in myself and wasn't motivated to be active. I lost all my muscle and put on weight and hit an all time low mentally.
Once I had recovered I joined a gym to try to rebuild my strength and I felt SO uncomfortable. I felt intimidated, unconfident in my body and like I had no idea what I was doing. I was truly lost and I needed guidence.
I went to a PT for help and they said to me “why are you going to let strangers in the gym stop you from getting to where you want to be?”
I knew he was right and that was a turning point for me. I slowly let all disbeliefs in myself go, had help to build up my confidence in the gym and became to LOVE it. So much so I decided to do a PT course to build on my knowledge and the rest is history.
It is now my mission to help women who feel unconfident, have huge amounts of self doubt and who just feel lost in the world of fitness. Because I know what that feels like.
I strive to help them see they have no limit, they are capable of anything they put their minds to and release that confidence they have within. To feel powerful, empowered and sexy!

It would be beneficial to have one for sure, however it’s not absolutely essential. You can still make great progress with home workouts, although you’d need some very basic equipment like resistance bands etc.

Yes! Absolutely everything is delivered online, so as long as you have access to the internet, you’re all set!

No! It’s my job to meet you where you’re currently at, then guide you to your goals. This means that no matter what your starting point is, you’ll benefit from coaching.

Absolutely, this will be part of your 6-week review, and you can change your goals and targets depending on what you want to work towards. Please keep in mind that I will ultimately give you the best advice for your long-term goals, which may not always match up with what you decided you want to do week to week.

Make me aware of holiday length and location so I can factor it into your roadmap. People go on holiday… sometimes multiple times, you must be educated on how to progress/maintain while being on holiday or this whole process is pointless. You should be able to stay in shape FOR LIFE. Not just the duration of your program.

100%. Everything is built around you and your lifestyle. My coaching is designed to be fully flexible, so no matter how busy you are we can make it work.

It will not be an issue at all, most of my clients have VERY busy and demanding jobs. Your plan will be adapted and will accommodate for any schedule changes/travel.

Yes. The minimum amount of time I’ll work with anybody for is 16 weeks. The reason being is that from experience, any less than that won’t be long enough to unlearn any previous bad habits you may have picked up, as well as cement new ones. However, most clients end up working with me for over 9-12 months. Life-changing takes time!
